Researchers from the Fab-Cre8 research group attended the Tiree Techwave 13 from 24-28th March 2017. One of the projects they worked on during the Techwave was the design and development of an interactive display to visualise CSAD’s global reach, the display was commissioned by Dr Fiaz Hussain ADI for CSAD as part of successful funding bid from Santander. Two prototypes were developed one using capacitive touch sensing and the other using RFID technology to access visually dynamic digital content through haptic interaction.
